After a year or so having a bit of a break from the whole niche/internet marketing world, I’m back and trying to catch up on developments in that time.
What’s new?
Niche Rockets $1 7-day trial & $50 off the monthly price thereafter [aff]
What’s the same?
Anyone have anything to add to these lists?

Welcome back
I was clearing out my Google Reader a couple of weeks back but figured that you were worth keeping in, just in case
The storm over selling text links is pretty much if you don’t use rel=”nofollow” in the links (eg. if you sell via Text Link Ads) and Google spots it then your PR will be reduced or zeroed completely, this method being used by Google to hope/assume that it will put off advertisers buying links from your site. It seems that for most people, once you either remove these links or make them nofollow, Google will return your PR.
However this PR change hasn’t seemed to have affected rankings, visitor numbers or anything else, just that little green bar for each site, so most people are just ignoring Google and carrying on their business, which is the best idea in my opinion. Why let Google dictate how you can make money off your site?
Well that’s my take on it
Look forward to hearing more on how any projects you left going have been going and anything new on the horizon
Hi Sarah, thanks for keeping me! Interesting stuff about the text links. I have TLA on most of my sites and a couple of them have decreased in PR by 1, but I figured this was most probably because I hadn’t been promoting them as much over the pst year. Will have to do some more reading on this, but I’m inclined to give Google the 2 fingers like you are
I’m going to be trying a few different ideas to start with and then go with what seems to work.
Must catch up on your blog too to see what you’ve been up to!
Welcome back
Thanks Adam!
Glad to see you back! The “Whats the same?” list above cracks me up- so true
Cheers Mr Chance, glad to raise a smile!
